These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and betasia ("Platform", "We") regarding the use of the betasia.one website and all services provided. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Player Eligibility

4. Deposits and Payments

betasia supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of players in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through secure payment channels.

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM20.
• betasia does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however payment providers may have their own fee policies.
• Any failed or incomplete deposit attempt will not be automatically credited to the player's account — contact customer support if this occurs.

5. Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the withdrawal conditions set by betasia.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour once the request is approved, subject to internal security checks.
• Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost and cryptocurrency.
• betasia reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals for accounts that require further review.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same player's name.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

betasia offers a range of bonus and promotion programmes to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM200 and a total balance of RM300 — the player must place bets totalling RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The betasia VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Progression to a higher tier depends on player activity and loyalty.
• betasia reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse or manipulation of any promotion by a player will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and further action against the account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

7. Player Conduct

All betasia players are expected to act honestly, ethically and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betasia platform.

• Use of automated software, bots or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live table games and poker.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised or stolen credit cards or bank accounts.
• Spreading offensive, threatening or defamatory content through any betasia communication channel.
• Any attempt to find or manipulate vulnerabilities in betasia's software or systems.

8. Service and Disruptions

betasia strives to provide a stable and reliable service to all players. However, there are circumstances beyond our control that may affect platform availability.

• betasia does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, particularly during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects game outcomes, betasia reserves the right to void or review any affected bets.

• betasia is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection problems on the player's end.

9. Limitation of Liability
